We grade and describe our pallets accurately based on industry standards. Grade A, B, and C designations reflect the condition of pallets at the time of sale. Minor variations within grades are normal and expected.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you have concerns about your order.

7. Limitation of Liability

Columbus Pallets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the products or services in question.
