What are your delivery areas?
We deliver throughout Ohio and to neighboring states including Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Michigan. Same-day delivery available in most Ohio locations.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! Orders placed before 10 AM can be delivered the same day to most Ohio locations. Contact our emergency line for after-hours urgent needs.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We have no minimum order for pickup. For delivery, the minimum is 20 pallets to qualify for free delivery, or a small delivery fee for smaller orders.
Do you buy used pallets?
We purchase used pallets in any condition. Free pickup available for quantities of 50 or more. Contact us for a quote on your used pallets.
Can you provide ISPM-15 certified pallets?
We have ISPM-15 certified heat-treated pallets in stock at all locations. Certificates of treatment provided with every shipment for international shipping compliance.
